Liberty Digitizing: the October 28 campaign
This campaign starts October 28, 2026 and covers every date through November 26, 2026. It contains 24 main posts, daily Story/community actions, finished media and a calendar you can import. The schedule is prepared locally; no social account has been posted to or scheduled.
What to open first
Open index.html. Choose a post to preview its artwork or video, select the platform caption, copy it and download the files. Extract upload-pack.zip before opening its gallery, and keep the extracted folder together. The gallery works offline. The ZIP includes finished media, captions and editable HTML/CSS artwork. Original source media, video intermediates and build scripts remain in the full project folder.
For just the revised videos, download reels-v3.zip. It contains all eleven MP4s, sixteen matching covers, platform captions and a README listing the exact video paths. The main-edit subtitle files apply to the main videos; the three shorter alternate edits already contain their own on-screen text.
The main collection contains 8 image posts, 8 four-slide carousels and 8 edited vertical videos. There are also 8 Story images, two cover shapes per video, and three 12-second alternate edits. Main reels run 25–36 seconds. The revised edits draw on 18 supplied video sources and 17 whole photographs, with 10–13 shots per reel. Several supplied videos are duplicate exports or alternate orientations, so source-file counts are not counts of distinct jobs. Selected 60fps footage plays in slow motion. The original instrumental was composed for this campaign without sampled songs or source audio.
The creative direction
The website is the reference: black #0a0a0a, charcoal #161616, gold #d4af37, white #f5f5f5, Playfair Display and Inter. Real photographs provide the color. Only S02 and S04 use isolated embroidery cutouts. The other image posts use whole photographs; the carousel covers combine whole photographs and two purpose-built type compositions. The type-led covers explain file formats and quote factors instead of repeating a decorative photograph.
The different layouts have specific jobs: an editorial photo and headline for proof, a lettering close-up for detail, paired specimens for team identity, a full-width collection photograph for scale, and a structured guide for production questions. The third reel revision keeps the genuine Liberty logo large and visible throughout, with a stronger closing logo and name. Short Inter headlines sit lower in the frame over a smooth gradient; several shots have no narrative text. Whole-photo inserts preserve every edge of the foreground photograph over a softly blurred background, while portrait footage fills the frame and landscape shots retain their complete composition.
Picture changes follow the planned half-second beats of the 120 BPM soundtrack. Selected directional reveals and short dissolves connect changes in subject and pace, alongside hard cuts. The logo stays visible above those picture transitions. Brief text entrances, selected slow motion and gentle movement on still photographs support the craft detail. Photograph inserts show the wider portfolio; they are not presented as before/after matches to adjacent machine footage.
Public posts contain no internal customer counts, revenue figures, old turnaround claims or invented testimonials. A photograph proves what is visible in that photograph. It is not a controlled test of density, fabric suitability or machine performance. The work is not presented as an endorsement by a depicted club or organization.
Who the campaign is for
Prioritize US embroidery shop owners, print shops adding embroidery, uniform and workwear suppliers, teamwear decorators and merchandise studios. A useful inquiry includes a real job and production details. A large view count from an unrelated audience is not the objective.
Europe is the second audience, beginning with English-language buyers in the UK and Ireland, then selected European trade markets. Country-level results should guide expansion. This is an English-language campaign, not a claim that one English caption is fully localized for every European market. The alternate Europe caption files change relevant spelling; they are not translations.
Use “digitizing,” “color,” “workwear,” “custom patches” and “embroidery files” naturally in the US copy. The supplied Europe edition uses “colour” and “enquiry” where appropriate. Keep exact measurements in the buyer’s units. Where a guide shows both systems, 3 × 2 in equals 76.2 × 50.8 mm; this is a measurement example, not a recommended patch size.
Geography: organic reach and paid delivery
Organic posts cannot be made USA/Europe-only by adding hashtags, changing spelling or posting at a particular time. Make the audience recognizable through the work, the terminology and the problems being solved. Do not fake a US location or use location-spoofing tricks.
If paid distribution is later enabled, keep the US and Europe in separate ad groups with explicit location selections. TikTok says location accuracy is not guaranteed, and available target markets depend on the account’s registered country. Inspect actual delivery by country. The current storefront code blocks Hungary and Russia; they are omitted from the prepared European targeting list.
targeting-plan.csv is a setup brief, not a live campaign or a spending authorization. It includes the US, UK/Ireland and a selected continental/Nordic Europe test. Do not automatically spend across every market at once. Start with the US and a small European test only when account access, a budget and a measurement route exist. No budget has been spent.
The 30-day rhythm
daily-calendar-30-days.csv includes all 30 dates, including six days reserved for Stories, replies or review. publishing-calendar.csv contains the 24 main uploads. publishing-calendar.ics contains 30 planned calendar events with instructions. Importing it creates reminders; it does not publish to social platforms.
The calendar uses New York time as the reference, with Los Angeles, London, Berlin and Karachi conversions. The US changes clocks on November 1, 2026. The conversions are computed for each date. A late US slot can fall on the next calendar date in Pakistan; the CSV explicitly includes the Karachi date. The opening slot on October 28 is 13:30 New York / 10:30 Los Angeles / 17:30 London / 18:30 Berlin / 22:30 Karachi.
The test slots are 10:30 New York for most image posts, 12:30 for the main reels and 15:30 for carousels. They are starting hypotheses, not proven optimal times for these accounts. Compare the results before keeping them. If the first slot passes before you upload, move the launch to your next staffed US-facing window and shift the remaining sequence; do not backdate anything.
November 26 is US Thanksgiving. It has no promotional feed post. Use the optional portfolio Story for Europe and respond to real inquiries. No Black Friday discount or delivery promise is invented.
Uploading by platform
| Platform | Use | Caption and link behavior |
|---|---|---|
post.png, four numbered carousel PNGs, or video.mp4 as a Reel |
Use the Instagram caption. Set the profile quote link. Add the relevant alt text. Use a native Story link sticker on the Story export. | |
| Image, native multi-photo post, or Reel | Use the Facebook caption with its tracked quote URL. A multi-photo post and a paid carousel ad are different publishing flows. | |
| TikTok | Main vertical MP4 or the matching 12s hook test | Use the shorter TikTok caption. Set a profile link if the account has that feature. Otherwise the on-screen domain remains usable. |
| YouTube Shorts | Main vertical MP4 or the matching 12s hook test | Put caption-youtube-title.txt in the title field. The longer YouTube caption supplies description copy. Use the channel profile link; ordinary Shorts description/comment URLs are not clickable. |
Upload the original MP4 separately to each platform. Do not download a watermarked copy from one app and reuse it on the others. The main files are H.264, 1080 × 1920, 30fps, with AAC audio and a fast-start MP4 header. Image masters are 1080 × 1350; Story and portrait-cover masters are 1080 × 1920.
The supplied videos are mostly 464–480 pixels wide. The exports are correctly sized, but resizing cannot recover detail that was never recorded. The full source recordings are preserved. For future shoots, capture portrait video at 1080p or better, lock focus on the stitch area, clean the lens and record steady close, medium and finished-result shots.
The MP4s already contain readable on-screen text. The SRT/VTT files transcribe that text; they are not speech transcripts and the edits have no voiceover. Do not stack a second burned-in caption style over the existing words. If uploading the timed text as a caption track, check its placement so it does not duplicate the graphic in a distracting way.
Cover files are separate assets and carry the same large Liberty branding as the revised videos. Set a cover/frame through each platform’s native workflow where available; not every platform accepts a separate uploaded Shorts thumbnail. The composition overlay marks the persistent logo, closing brand treatment and lower typography. It is a reference for reviewing the artwork, not a platform-specific safe-zone guarantee. Do not upload the overlay; inspect the native app preview for its caption, controls and other interface coverage.
The reel stories
| ID | Main edit | Job of the story |
|---|---|---|
| R01 | 30 seconds | Introduce the real stitching, connect it to the production brief and invite artwork. |
| R02 | 34 seconds | Explain why tiny lettering needs a finished-size review and a sample. |
| R03 | 25 seconds | A faster color-and-texture portfolio edit for discovery. |
| R04 | 30 seconds | Show repeated designs across several jobs to explain a clear production handoff. |
| R05 | 28 seconds | Direct attention to outlines, lettering and open space. |
| R06 | 26 seconds | A portfolio sequence for club and merchandise buyers. |
| R07 | 36 seconds | A saveable five-detail brief, with a practical closing action. |
| R08 | 34 seconds | Introduce the service to shop owners and invite a specific job. |
Each main reel has 10–13 shots, alternating moving footage and full-photo portfolio inserts. Source filenames, in/out points, playback speeds, transition details, typography bounds and timed text live in edit-decision-list.json beside each video. Narrative headlines stay low in the frame; the closing treatment gives the logo and name a larger dedicated hold. R01, R03 and R08 include 12-second alternate versions rebuilt from the original sources with the same persistent branding and coordinated motion. They are alternatives; the calendar does not ask you to publish both versions to the same audience on the same day.
How to test the hooks
Treat each hypothesis as a test, not a claim about the algorithm. R01 tests craft curiosity against a direct “real thread” hook. R03 tests color-led discovery against a stitch-by-stitch line. R08 tests a broad service opening against a direct “embroidery shops” callout.
Use comparable audiences and distribution conditions. Keep the caption, CTA and measurement window stable. The alternate edits change both the opening and the total duration, so compare them as complete creative variants; a difference in results cannot be attributed to the hook alone. For a strict hook-only test, retain the same body edit and duration. An organic repost on a different day gives directional evidence, not a controlled experiment.
Record results at 24 hours and seven days. Compare within each platform: view definitions differ. For Reels/TikTok, use the available watch-time, completion, saves and shares metrics. For Shorts, include viewed-versus-swiped-away and audience retention. For the business, record qualified inquiries, quote requests and resulting jobs. Do not declare a winner from a handful of views.
measurement-template.csv is intentionally blank for results. The source manual's historical order times are not a verified social-engagement dataset. No reach, follower growth, conversion or viral-performance result is claimed.
What to say when a buyer replies
For a digitizing inquiry: “Thanks. Please send the original artwork, finished width and height with units, fabric, placement, machine model or required format, and the date you need it. We’ll review the brief and quote the job.”
For physical patches: “Please send the artwork, finished dimensions, quantity, intended use, backing preference and required date. We’ll confirm the specification and quote.”
For a technical question, answer the actual question first. Acknowledge when the result depends on fabric, font, thread or setup. Avoid promising an exact outcome without a sample. Use private messages for the buyer’s artwork or order details rather than asking them to post it publicly.
What the research changed
TikTok’s own creative guidance emphasizes a clear proposition in the opening seconds, a visible hook and an action. That supports immediate footage and concise on-screen language; it does not require a generic trend or a louder edit. YouTube describes Shorts distribution in terms of viewer choice and satisfaction, which is why the package includes shorter opening tests and a retention log rather than a promise of virality.
The technical format guide was corrected against Hatch’s documentation: PES is commonly associated with Brother/Baby Lock, while JEF is common for Janome/Elna. Actual model support must be checked. Wilcom’s documentation supports treating fabric settings and lettering underlay as production decisions. The posts avoid universal density, stitch-count and minimum-letter-height rules.
For the third reel revision, Adobe’s transition guidance informed the small, consistent set of picture transitions. IBM’s motion guidance informed controlled movement, clean logo proportions and readable holds. The result keeps brand recognition stable while the actual embroidery work supplies the motion and detail. The exact logo sizes and transition timings are campaign design decisions, not platform requirements.
