THE FRONT ISN’T FLAT. The crown shape, center seam, construction and frame can affect how the design runs. A chest file should be reviewed before it is used on a cap.

SEND THESE WITH THE LOGO. Cap style: Structured or unstructured, plus a photo. Placement: Front, side or back, with dimensions. Setup: Machine and cap frame, if known. Use the usable sewing area, not the outer dimensions of the cap.
